Don’t loose sight of your New Years resolution! We found a recipe that can help you keep on track. It’s called Cinnamon Apple Berry Baked Oatmeal from and it serves as a great on-the-go snack! This recipe is dairy-free, gluten-free and vegan. You can easily substitute non-dairy items for dairy items if you prefer.

A few of the ingredients include flaxseed, coconut sugar, vanilla extract, berries, and granola. As an added treat, throw in raisins or other fruit and nuts to make it even more delicious! Don’t eat it all at once, you’ll want to keep some for an extra boost between meals.
