NBC15 Share Your Holidays Success
On November 15, we participated in the social media blitz. Naviant, Inc agreed to donate 15,000 meals. Individuals and businesses around the city posted more than 1,000 photos on social media using a specific hashtag to raise awareness and hype for the blitz. Wilde East Towne Honda had a lot of fun participating too! More than 70 Wilde East Towne Honda employee posed with our social media blitz sign on November 15. In the photo below, you can also see the donations we collected for Second Harvest of Madison. We had donations bins available throughout the month to collect nonperishables and canned goods.

The feast of five chefs was also hosted at Johnny Delmonico’s, it raised more than $10,000 and featured five local Food Fight restaurants: Johnny Delmonico’s, Cento, Everly, The Cooper’s Tavern, Steenbock’s on Orchard and Fresco.
In 2017, the Share Your Holidays campaign was able to raise more than 4.18 million meals for southern Wisconsin. With the campaign’s reoccurring success, it looks like those numbers will be met again this year!
