Having never leased a new car, sales dept and finance were able to answer every question I had. It was such a smooth transaction! They all helped as I was in a time crunch, never any pressure. The people here know what they are doing and it shows. I have bought cars elsewhere and it was a disorganized mess. My experience at Wilde was them showing how things should be done. It was the easiest experience I’ve ever had buying a car. I have three kids and the thought of sitting in a car dealership all day isn’t a very good one, Josh made it a good experience all around.
This guy stayed an hour after the dealership closed and came an hour early into work the next day and then came on a 45 minute test drive to make sure the vehicle would be ok with my bad back. I never felt rushed the entire time. The finance guy was great too! I would definitely recommend Wilde East Towne Honda to everyone I know!
Love their service. We’ve bought two cars from them at great prices. They’ve serviced our cars too. I went to work one day and wasn’t able to put my car in park, called them, drove it over, and they gave me a free ride downtown. They called and said a walnut had been stuck in the gears, didn’t charge me and gave me the walnut. Excellent service, great people.

From start to finish and even after I left with the car, Wilde Honda was outstanding. Had some minor issues after I bought it and they immediately got my car in and fixed it for free and provided me with a loaner in the mean time. Outstanding place to buy a car.Update: I bought my car in mid August 2019. I came back for an oil change in December and the salesman that sold me the car recognized me and struck up a conversation. The outstanding customer service at Wilde Honda shines again.
