Honda Roadside Assistance

Honda Roadside is a 24-hour emergency service for all new Hondas that are still in their 3-year, 36,000-mile Basic Warranty, and while Hondas are a very reliable vehicle, there may be a time you find yourself on the side of the road, in which case you’d have the following services available to you. 

24-Hour Emergency Towing

The most important, and most common, is 24-Hour Emergency Towing. Honda will transport your vehicle to the nearest Honda dealer in the event of a mechanical disablement. 

Emergency Lockout

Meanwhile, the Emergency Lockout Service will help you if you ever lose your keys, break them, or lock them in the vehicle.

Trip Interruption

If you are 100 miles or more away from your primary residence, Trip Interruption could reimburse you up to $100 a day for three days for food, lodging and reuniting you with your vehicle.

Alternate Transportation

Upon request, Honda Roadside Assistance will also assist you with securing a rental vehicle or taxi, locate a hotel room, or if needed, help you find a flight home.

Message Relay

Should an emergency ever arise, Message Relay will attempt to contact your provided emergency contacts, such as your spouse.

Enhanced Directory Assistance

The last service is Enhanced Directory Assistance which will attempt to locate nearby service stations, ATMs, or banks.

Of course, if you ever just need assistance with a minor issue, like a flat tire or a jump start, Roadside Assistance will dispatch a unit out to your location and get you back on the road in no time.
